Who we are

Snackora is the brand name of SNACKORA SIGNED BY MANASU, a home kitchen based in T. Dasarahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560057. We are registered with FSSAI under licence number 21226011000628 and sell cookies, traditional snacks, millet snacks and dry fruits through this website.

Information we collect

Details you give us: name, delivery address, phone number, email address, order notes and gift messages.
Order information: the items you buy, amounts, invoices, delivery preferences and communication about your order.
Payment information: payments are processed on the secure page of our payment partner. We receive confirmation of payment, but we never store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN.
Website usage: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location derived from your IP address, and the site you arrived from.
Messages you send us: email, WhatsApp, phone calls, product reviews and form submissions.

How we use your information

To prepare, pack and deliver your order, and to keep you updated on its status.
To process payments, issue invoices and handle refunds or replacements.
To answer questions, resolve complaints and provide support.
