Shipping Policy
We bake in small batches and ship with trusted courier partners across India. Here is how dispatch, delivery and charges work.

Where we ship
We deliver to serviceable pin codes across India. We do not currently ship internationally.
Processing and dispatch
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed on the next working day. During festival periods and peak seasons, dispatch may take up to 3 working days.
Delivery timelines
- Bengaluru: 1 to 2 working days.
- Metro cities: 2 to 4 working days.
- Other serviceable locations: 4 to 7 working days.
- Remote areas and the North East: 7 to 10 working days.
Estimates, not guarantees
These timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners. Deliveries can take longer during festivals, bad weather or local disruptions.
Shipping charges
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, your pin code and the courier service selected. The exact amount is shown before you pay. Delivery is free across Bengaluru on orders above 999 rupees.
Tracking your order
When your parcel is picked up, we share a tracking link by email, SMS or WhatsApp. You can follow the parcel on the courier website using that link.
Delivery attempts
Couriers usually make two to three attempts. If the parcel cannot be delivered, it is returned to us. Re-shipping is possible at an additional delivery charge. Please check that your address and phone number are correct before placing the order.
Damaged or tampered parcels
If the outer box is damaged or appears to have been opened, refuse the parcel where possible, or accept it with a remark and photograph it. Report the problem within 48 hours so we can arrange a replacement or refund, as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Changing an order
Address or item changes are possible only before dispatch. Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and we will confirm whether the change can be made.
